Q: How do I wash my hair extensions?

A: Easy! Use cold water and your favorite shampoo. Massage it in gently and rinse thoroughly. Follow up with conditioner, focusing on the ends. Let it lather for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. We swear by Tresseme Rich Moisture for that extra body & shine! 

 

Q: What's the deal with wavy and curly hair extensions?

A: Keep those waves and curls on point! Apply a curl defining moose or leave in conditioner when the hair is wet to lock in the moisture. Eco style gel is also one of our favorite products when defining those curls. If styling before you apply, let the hair air dry so those curls stay poppin’! 

 

Q: Could I purchase a wig or clip-ins during my in-person hair appointment service? 

A: If you plan to purchase a wig from All Things Fancy and get it installed, please reach out to us on the contact us page or through the number on the booking form prior to your appointment to ensure we have the hair on-hand, in studio. 

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: We got you covered! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates. 

 

Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: All wigs are custom made at the time of order and production take 1-3 days. All orders are shipped within 4-7 business days using Fed-Ex expressed shipping. For international orders, it may take anywhere from 14 to 20 business days. It's important to note that delivery times might vary, especially during holidays.
